ABOUT US

     River Ridge Sawmill is a small operation based in Mount Bethel, PA. We started in 2020 after years of hands-on experience working with wood—about 8 years before we made it official. The main piece of our setup is a 1916 American circular sawmill we found abandoned in a field, hauled home, and fully refurbished so it's running strong again. We added a Wood-Mizer LT50 for portable and custom jobs, which lets us mill on-site or handle whatever comes our way.

   We mill local logs—mostly from storm damage, tree removals, backyard clear-outs, or sustainable sources in eastern Pennsylvania—into live-edge slabs, rough lumber, beams, finished boards, dimensional stock, and more. We also build custom log cabin kits in dovetail or butt-and-pass styles, using Eastern white pine standard (or other species if you specify), in any dimensions you need, from basic shell kits to fuller packages.

   We take on everything from small personal projects to larger industrial orders—no mass production here; it's hands-on, one job at a time. Sustainability matters to us—we aim to minimize waste and make full use of every log.
